How do I book?

After checking we have availability and for bookings 6 weeks or more in advance, simply complete our booking form, we will send you an invoice outlining your payment schedule and once you have paid your booking deposit, that's it! Your dates are secured. Your booking will be confirmed in writing by email and we will send payment receipts every time you make a payment.

For bookings with less than 6 weeks before check-in, we would ask that you make the full payment for your stay within 24 hours, but the process is still the same.  Just fill in the booking form as above.

What is the security deposit for?

For our security, we ask for a £50 refundable security deposit to cover extra cleaning if the caravan is not left in a clean and tidy condition.  It also insures against defects, inventory shortages, stains and/or breakages that occur during your stay.  Your security deposit is refunded within 7 days after the caravan has been inspected, shortly after you have checked out.  Further conditions relating to your security deposit can be found in our terms and conditions.

How can I pay?

You can pay via bank transfer, this is our preferred payment method.  We do not have a card machine.  We may accept cheques for bookings 6 weeks or more in advance and the funds will need to be cleared fully for your booking to be confirmed. Payment by cheque is at our discretion and we would ask that you contact us before hand to discuss, if this is how you wish to make payment.

What is included in the caravan?
  • Mattress protectors, duvets and pillows

  • Hairdryer

  • Crockery, cutlery, cooking pots, pans, bowls and utensils

  • Fridge/Freezer

  • Vacuum Cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket

  • Some cleaning products (for you to use before you check-out)

  • There will be at least one roll of toilet paper and one bin liner when you check-in

  • Gas, electricity and hot water are included

What do I need to bring with me?
  • You will need to bring bed linen i.e bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.  There is 1 x double bed, 1 x double pull out sofa bed and 2 x single beds (unless you have requested our hired linen bundles) 

  • You will need to bring towels and tea towels (unless you have requested our hired linen bundles)

  • Blankets

  • Washing up cloths and/or sponges and washing up liquid

  • Your own food and drink

  • Your own toiletries

By Car - From the West via A27 - At Whyke Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto B2145.  At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto B2166.  Continue on B2166/Pagham Road until you reach Church Farm Holiday Village.

By Car - From the East via A27 – At Bognor Road Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Vinnetrow Road to Pagham.  At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Lagness Road/B2166.  Continue on B2166/Pagham Road until you reach Church Farm Holiday Village.

By Train - The nearest train stations are: - Bognor Regis, 5 miles from Church Farm and Chichester, 6 miles from Church Farm.

By Bus - The nearest bus stations are: - Bognor Regis, 5 miles from Church Farm and Chichester, 6 miles from Church Farm.

How does check-in work?
  • Approximately 1 week before your check-in day we will send you a welcome pack.

  • Approximately 1 week before your check-in day we will register your arrival with Haven security, using the details you give us from your booking form.  Haven will send you an email with instructions on how to download a car pass. You can save this on your smartphone or print it off on paper.  You will need this to show security when you arrive.

  • When you are through security, you can make your way straight to the caravan.  A map of the park, detailing our pitch location will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.  There is no need to go to reception unless you wish to purchase play passes.

  • In your welcome pack, we will ask you to download the Master Lock Vault Home app on your smartphone.   You can download for free from the App Store and Google Play.  The app allows you to access the key safe located at the caravan to retrieve the keys to the caravan.  Don't worry if you don't have a smartphone, we can give you a key code to use instead.

  • The key safe is on a timer therefore you won't have access to the key safe/caravan until the key safe is activated at 2pm on your check-in day.

Where can I park my car?

There is parking right outside the caravan, all we ask is that you park considerately of the neighbouring caravans and other guests.  In really wet weather we would ask that you do not take the car in between the caravans.

Do you have baby/toddler equipment?

Yes, we can make available for your use, a travel cot, mattress and highchair.  The large, full width master bedroom has plenty of room for the travel cot without compromising on space.  This way you can keep your young ones close by at night.  At the moment these items are free of charge.  There is an option to tick, if you require these items, on our booking form.

How far away from the facilities is the caravan?

Our caravan is approximately 3 minutes walk from Church Farm reception and 5 minutes walk from the activity hub, shop, arcade and Fish and Chips takeaway.

Are Play Passes included?

As private rental guests your Haven Play Passes are not included.  You are welcome to purchase play passes from Church Farm when you arrive.  We have detailed Havens 2021 play pass prices here.  You can contact Haven Church Farm Holiday Village direct to discuss purchasing play passes for your stay.  Please note that play passes and access to facilities and activities may be subject to availability and booking restrictions during COVID-19 restrictions.

Can I bring a pet?

We cannot allow you to bring a pet into our caravan.  Members of our family have allergies to dogs and cats and therefore we must keep the caravan pet free.  Thank you for your understanding.

Can I have a BBQ?

We do not provide a BBQ but you can bring your own.  In the interest of safety, please keep barbecues off the ground, away from the caravan and the external gas bottles.  Be sure they are completely put out before you leave them and clean up after your BBQ.

Is the caravan wheelchair accessible?

Our caravan has two steps into the caravan and we do not have disabled ramps.

How close is the beach?

Pagham's shingle beach can be directly accessed through Harbour View.  There is another access point on park too.

How does Check-out work?
  • You must vacate the caravan no later than 11am on your check-out day.  The cleaners will arrive shortly afterwards ready to inspect and clean the caravan for the next guests.

  • We ask that you leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition using the items provided for you to do so.  Remove all your food from the fridge freezer, empty the bin, wash, dry and put away used crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.  We also ask that bedding is folded neatly and hired linen is removed and folded up on the beds too.

  • Leave the keys in the key safe before you leave, this will deactivate shortly after 11am.
